Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling various areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
